Organizational Structure

The Fredericksburg-Princes Town Sister City Association will be apportioned into the following categories listed below. Each Officer, Director and Committee Chair will have a counterpart in Princes Town- Fredericksburg Sister City Association to facilitate the goals and objectives by which all have agreed.

 

Honorary Board- The Honorables: Deborah Girvan, Matthew Kelly and Hashmel Turner, Jr.

 

Provides advice to the administrative functions of the leadership Board as well as provides direction, planning and support to committee service teams.

Preservation - Sara Poore-Hennessy

Develops policies, procedures and programs for historical preservation in Princes Town .

Education - Leah Cox

Responsibility for development and administration of student exchange programs .

Communications and Technology - Mike Wardlaw

Responsible for the effective planning, design, implementation and operation of city-wide Service, Networks, Data Communications, Telecommunications, and energy infrastructures.

Health Programs and Policy -VACANT

Mission is to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce health disparities experienced by citizens of Princes Town through advocacy, education, research and support activities, programs and services. Will maintain primary responsibility for program oversight and management, staff supervision and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.

Youth Services -Xavier Richardson

Responsible for leading, organizing, managing and evaluating the delivery of diverse program offerings to for “at-risk” Youth.

Cultural Affairs- Jarvis Bailey

Responsible for developing performing arts including dance, music, traditional arts and theater, film, video and digital media.

Library Management Services- Danville Fourie

Ensures the effective development and management of the Library’s projects and initiatives, including digitization projects, electronic publishing, and web access initiatives.

Urban Planning - Amy Ansong

Develop comprehensive plans and programs for use of land and physical facilities.

Legal Advisor- VACANT
